I am a seasoned and highly versatile Human Resources professional with over 35 years of experience in the field. I have developed my expertise in this area through decades of frontline leadership and decision-making on personnel issues, working in executive-level positions at various kinds of organizations and companies over my professional career, each with its own unique HR challenges to resolve. Through Strategic HR Solutions, I now offer my consulting services in the areas of General Human Resources, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Employee Welfare and Administration for growth-oriented organizations. My expertise is also available for teaching, training, and coaching students and job aspirants in all facets of HR.
